Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how EvoTimeLog ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with your use of the EvoTimeLog Azure DevOps Extension ("Extension") and our website (https://evotimelog.com).

1. Information Collection
EvoTimeLog is a native time tracking extension. All time tracking data, timesheets, and work item associations are stored directly within your own Azure DevOps organization database or your configured database server. We do not host, store, or transmit your time logs to our servers.
We may collect minimal operational metadata (such as extension version, organization name, and active user count) solely for license validation and subscription management purposes.

2. Use of Information
Any collected license and subscription metadata is used exclusively to:
* Provide and maintain the Extension functionality.
* Validate active subscription plans and user limits.
* Improve the stability and performance of the Extension.

3. Information Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your information to outside parties. Your Azure DevOps data remains completely within your control and your Microsoft secure tenant boundary.

4. Data Security
We implement standard security measures to protect your metadata during transmission. However, since the primary extension data resides inside your Azure DevOps account, the overall security is governed by Microsoft's security protocols for Azure DevOps.

5. User Choices
You can control the Extension permissions and configuration at any time through the Azure DevOps Organization Settings console.

6. Changes to this Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the extension package.

7. Contact Us
If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy, please contact support@evotimelog.com.
